MOtalk: Families Moving Forward and the Practice of Hospitality

Mount Olivet has used our building to give shelter to families experiencing homelessness for three years through the Families Moving Forward program. As we prepare for this year’s hosting week (Aug 25 - Sep 1), we are gathering to share stories of impact. This time of conversation will help us reflect on what it means to show hospitality, where God is when we welcome the stranger, and how we are changed when we do so. All are welcome, but previous FMF volunteers are especially encouraged to attend.
