PRAYER TEAM
Through our faith in God, the prayer ministry team extends care and concern for our community through prayer.
People in the congregation and community may submit confidential prayer requests through:
An online request HERE
Indoor Prayer Wall | All are invited to write prayers on a sheet of paper, and place it in one of the slots in the Prayer Wall.
These written requests written are collected by a member of the Prayer Ministry weekly, and the team prays for each request for 30 days. The requests in the indoor wall stay in place for 30 days before they are removed, respectively released and shredded.
Prayer requests will remain confidential within the Prayer Team, unless there is an indication on the request that others see it.
Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry - distance healing
Group Contact: Tracy Dickovich
Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry is a nurturing and heart-centered energy therapy with the goal of promoting healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
The Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry team now offers prayer and long distance healing sessions. We extend our hands to others in love, as we bless and heal from the heart, and join God in His work. Each distance healing session lasts 20-30 minutes. You may lie down in a comfortable place in your home and rest while the healing touch team prays for you remotely. We will contact you by phone prior to the session and lift up any requested prayers. Healing Touch facilitates a deep sense of calm and relaxation as well as specific responses for body-mind-spirit healing. Contact Tracy Dickovich HERE for more information or to register for a distance healing.

Examen prayer
The examen prayer is an ancient prayer that gives time to notice where God has been present in your day. This prayer does not require anything other than some intentional time to be present to what happens each day. This version is 13 minutes long, spoken word interspersed with silence, and is a great way to start or end your day – and take time to pause, reflect, pray.
Join the Prayer Ministry?
The Prayer Ministry is seeking both support and intercessory roles within this ministry. Time commitments range from ten minutes a few times a week to thirty minutes once a month. We provide training and orientation to learn why and how to pray collectively for a variety of needs.
Through the indoor prayer wall and website submission, the prayer ministry intercedes with genuine empathy for the well-being of others. The prayer ministry expresses God’s love by confidentially listening and being present to the needs, concerns and requests of the church and wider community. As a sacred obligation and privilege, we act as conduit standing next to people and God becoming aware of God’s prayer for a person and joining in that prayer.
