The MO Reconciling in Christ (RIC) team to attend training at Crown of Glory Lutheran Church in Chaska.

The Reconciling in Christ (RIC) process is a public way to see, name, celebrate, and advocate for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions along with other ELCA churches in the country. Over the course of 18 months or more, the MO RIC Team will engage our congregation in this process through one-on-one visits, storytelling, educational opportunities, and ultimately, the creation of a new welcome statement that is specific about LGBTQIA+ inclusivity.
