KNIT-CROCHET GROUP

We call ourselves the Knitting Group, but actually anyone who does any kind of needlecraft is welcome to join us! Our favorite service project is knitting or crocheting prayer shawls for people with serious health problems or troubles. Prayer shawls are our way of wrapping people in God’s love and comfort when they need it most. The shawls are easy to make, and yarn is provided from donations. We also enjoy making the smaller prayer squares, and have patterns for both knitting or crocheting. Lessons for knitting or crocheting are available also. Needles, hooks, and yarn are supplied.
